Have you ever struggled with contentment? Most people have. Paul challenges us in this text that Godliness with contentment is great gain. That the desires of our heart to pursue money will only lead to sin and disaster.
In today's message we learned that it is important to be wise in how we steward our resources to those in need, especially widows. Paul gave us qualifications that each widow should meet in order to receive support. He was specific about the church helping those who were in genuine need.
