All of us deal with difficult situations in our life and when we do, we have to remember our why behind what we are doing. Our why or calling from God can give us the confidence to face these tough situations and to not give up and shipwreck our faith like some have done.
Pastor Ben shared how our testimonies are powerful. But if we refuse to share them then they are only powerful for us and don't change the lives of people around us. He challenged us to share our testimonies so that the lives of those around us could experience the hope they can find in Jesus.
As Paul was writing to Timothy he gave him a charge to teach the truth and to address false teaching. This message over 1 Timothy 1:1-11 reminded us to search the Word of God to avoid believing false teachings and to address these teachers with love from a pure heart with pure motives.
This message is from our Vision Sunday where Pastor Ben shared all that God has done since Inspiring Hope has started and shared where he believes God is leading our church in 2022.
2022 is a year of new beginnings for everyone. This message taught us what should motivate us to make New Years resolutions that honor God. They are the Fear of the Lord, The Love of Christ & the Commission of Christ. May we Go Live Inspired this year for the Lord!
Have you ever had someone promise something and they broke it? The last message of this series "The Season of Praise" shows how God never breaks his promises with us. He promised to send Jesus to save us from our sins and during this season we should give God praise for what he has done!
As we continue our Christmas series "The Season Of Praise", we see how the Angels praise led the shepherds to do three things: Go see Jesus, Go tell others, Go praise God. How can your praise of God during this season influence others to do those three things as well?
This is our first message in our Christmas series "The Season of Praise". Mary reminded us why we should give God praise. We should give God praise because of what he has done for us, for those in our city and family and what he has done for everyone! God is worthy to be praised!
We are better together! As we studied this text we found that the mission they were on would not have been accomplished without each person working together. God's called us to work together to fulfill the mission to Inspire Hope. It's up to us to join the mission by faith.
Have you ever forgot to remember something? In this message we learn that we are just like the people of Israel who quickly forgot all that God had done for them and began to complain and grumble. They missed out on truly enjoying God's blessings and we will too if we forget to remember.
