Who We Are

1 Corinthians 12:1: The human body has many parts, but the many parts make up one whole body. So it is with the body of Christ.

The Leadership Team at Inspiring Hope Church is made up of several families who are passionate about sharing the hope of Jesus with the city of Hamilton.

The Mangrums

Galatians 2:20

Ben Mangrum is the Lead Pastor of Inspiring Hope Church. Ben, his wife Brittany, and their four wonderful children (Peyton, Channing, Teagan, and Sterling) moved to Hamilton, Ohio from northeast Oklahoma to plant Inspiring Hope Church in January 2020. Their family enjoys spending time together by serving alongside each other, playing games, having family movie nights, attending events, and supporting each other in all their family activities.

Before moving to Ohio, Ben served in ministry for seven years at Crescent Valley Baptist Church in Tahlequah, Oklahoma; for four years he served as the Executive Pastor. While preparing to launch Inspiring Hope Church in Hamilton, Ben was a church plant resident, serving on staff with Grace Point Fellowship in Franklin, Ohio.

Ben and Brittany work together to help lead in fulfilling the mission and vision of Inspiring Hope Church. They also host a weekly Inspire Group in Fairfield Township.

The Bennetts

1 John 3:18

Orville and Laura Bennett have lived in Ohio for 12 years as a family, and have 6 amazing children (Ashtyn, Parker, Quentin, Zoey, Nina and Micah). Their family enjoys homeschooling, cheering each other on in all of their sports, taking care of their homestead (including chickens, a goat, and a garden), traveling, playing video games, serving the community, going on walks and having family dance parties.

The Bennetts serve faithfully in just about every ministry! Laura is our Children's Ministry Director of Inspire Kids and Orville runs the website, serves on the technology team, and in Inspire Kids. Ashtyn and Parker serve on the technology team and in Inspire Kids.

The Beyers

Doug and Ellisa Beyer have lived in Ohio for 6 years with their two awesome children, Jonas and Evie, their three dogs and a bunny. Their family enjoys family game nights (video games or board games), road trips, canoeing, homeschooling and spending time together.

Doug serves on the Worship Ministry and security team. Ellisa serves in Inspire Kids, Student Mininstry and on the technology team! Jonas serves on the technology team and in Inspire Kids.

The Harrises

James 1:1-4

Matt and Amanda Harris have lived in Ohio for 9 years, and are proud pet-parents to three crazy dogs. They enjoy traveling to far-off places, playing music together, supporting FC Cincinnati, attending the theater, and eating yummy food.

Matt is the Director of Music and Media and Amanda leads the Next Steps Ministry and co-leads the Music Ministry as well as they serve together in Inspire Kids.  They also host a weekly Inspire Group in their home in West Chester.
